With more than 15 years in practice, Beth (Lilibeth) Gaerlan, PT, has extensive experience in a wide variety of physical therapy and rehabilitative solutions. Beth cares for patients at Peak Medical in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey.

Beth earned her bachelor of science in physical therapy from Silliman University in the Philippines. Shortly after graduation, Beth relocated to the United States and began practicing in New York. Beth has been a trusted team member at Peak Medical since 2007.

To ensure she’s always in-the-know with the latest treatments, Beth has taken many postgraduate courses. She specializes in manual therapy, dynamic stretching, balance training, Kinesio Taping®, and therapeutic Pilates, among other modern therapies.

Beth is passionate about treating patients with neck and back injuries since she’s been through these ailments herself. Physical therapy continues to be an enjoyable and fulfilling career for Beth.

Her goal is to help each patient overcome challenges and restore their quality of life after getting injured, going through surgery, or dealing with other painful conditions. Beth is fluent in English, Tagalog, and Cebuano.

When she’s away from the clinic, Beth maintains an active lifestyle and enjoys spending time with her three boys.
