Who I Am
Dr. Mat Lentine is a graduate of New York Chiropractic College where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree and Masters of Science in Applied Clinical Nutrition. He has a B.S. in Exercise Physiology from Rutgers University.
Dr. Lentine has extensive experience in both sports and non-sports related injuries as well as providing treatments to optimize health. He has advanced training in nutrition, muscle strengthening/rehab techniques and multiple myofascial and soft tissue therapies, including Graston and Active Release Techniques. This allows him to use an integrative and comprehensive approach to help patients achieve their health and performance goals.
Prior to joining Peak Medical, he worked in and managed the rehab department of an integrated medical facility and believes the integration of a variety of therapies can help patients get better faster and stay better stronger.
What I Do Here
Dr. Lentine is a chiropractic physician at Peak Medical. He oversees patient care and has an open door policy to help patients regardless if they are at the facility to receive chiropractic care. He promotes an integrative and comprehensive approach to patient care to help them achieve their health and performance goals. He is also trained in CoolSculpting to help patients achieve their overall health and wellness goals.
What I Enjoy
Dr. Lentine is a former collegiate distance runner, triathlete and outdoorsman. In his free time, he enjoys all types of construction projects, woodworking, building furniture and learning how to do new things.
